Low Suspensions and Partials for Body Handling Shakti Bliss & Honey

In this class Bliss teaches the concepts to perform a low suspension that can easily be a partial suspension, without the need for a TK or complicated patterns. This suspension will be done in a way to avoid most major nerve bundles to minimize risk and allow for more movement in the rope. This class is about having fun and staying connected with your partner. It can be playful and torturous all at once! It is a great beginner suspension class, for both top and bottom, that provides a structure or concept that can be applied to many possibilities or expressions in the future. Students should have a basic understanding of non-collapsible single and double column ties. Previous experience with upline attachment and lock off recommended. Students should have 6 lengths of rope, a point to work off of (ring, rigging plate, etc) and a cutting tool.
