Rope 101: Learn basic level rope terminology and skills. This class is intended for rope newbies. If you've always been intrigued by rope but were afraid to take a full class, this class is for you. Bring with you at least one length of 5mm or 6mm cotton rope (3/16 inch or 1/4 inch, typical clothes line found at your hardware store for around $5-10 will be perfect). The length should be 25 to 30 feet long. Bring more if you want to play around and to share with others who drop in on the class. Come prepared to bottom and top. This is a class intended for exploration.
